Orchard Hill Christian Learning Center

The Orchard Hill Learning Center is a licensed day care, pre-kindergarten, and latch key program. Additionally, the Learning Center is nationally accredited for early childhood programs by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. For this, and many other reasons, the Learning Center ministry is recognized throughout our community as one of the best of its kind in the area.

Staff

The center staff is highly skilled and qualified in the early childhood field. The head teachers are required to have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field and at least 2 years of positive work experience teaching children. Teacher Assistants are staff that are still in the process of completing their degrees or have acceptable prior experience with children. The center also makes use of area college students that are pursuing degrees in the early childhood field to work with our school age and afternoon programs. We areproud to be able to retain many of our full time staff people from year to year which helps to maintain the continuity of relationships between the staff and children.
